John C. Jay 是W+K的創(chuàng)意總監(jiān)以及股東之一, 他住在波特蘭, 奧勒岡. 他與DanWieden 一齊監(jiān)管創(chuàng)意作品來自韋登迪全球分公司，位於波特蘭，紐約，倫敦，阿姆斯特丹，東京，以及上海。
Jay 開創(chuàng)韋登迪東京與上海分公司，他曾經(jīng)在日本住過六年，目前他每個月在東京，上海分公司開會。
Jay 同時也是韋登迪東京Lab的創(chuàng)始人以及藝術指導, 韋登迪東京Lab 是一個獨立的音樂標簽。
Jay 最近開創(chuàng)了Studio J， 位于波特蘭的中國城。 Studio J 是他的獨立創(chuàng)作空間。
在俄亥俄州立大學，他創(chuàng)立了Jay獎學金來鼓勵亞洲學生學習藝術課程，同時計劃將來的藝術事業(yè)。
在韋登迪工作之前，John Jay 在紐約市的Bloomingdale's百貨公司有十三年的經(jīng)驗，擔任創(chuàng)藝指導以及市場銷售指導。
